Your driver will meet you at your accommodation in Krakow for a private, air-conditioned transfer to the Wieliczka Salt Mine. Enjoy the scenic drive through the countryside as you head to one of Poland’s most remarkable UNESCO sites.


Wieliczka Salt Mine / 2h 30 min / Admission Ticket Included

Upon arrival, you’ll join a guided group tour led by an official in-house guide of the Salt Mine. Descend over 60 meters underground and begin a fascinating journey through a labyrinth of salt chambers, corridors, and chapels carved entirely by miners over centuries.

See intricate sculptures, underground saline lakes, and the famous Chapel of St. Kinga — a breathtaking underground church made entirely of salt, from chandeliers to altarpieces. Learn about the history of the mine, its legends, and the daily life of the miners.

        The Salt Mine tour involves extensive walking and 800 steps, starting with a descent of 380 stairs down the Daniłowicz Shaft (64 m). The tour reaches 135 m underground. Return to the surface by lift.

        The mine temperature is 14–16 °C — bring warmer clothing and comfortable shoes.

        Bags must not exceed 35×20×20 cm.

        Students must carry a valid photo ID to receive a youth discount.
