This museum is not only about Oskar Schindler himself but about the entire city during World War II — its Jewish and non-Jewish residents, their daily lives, their fear, and their acts of courage. As you walk through the original factory building, you’ll discover how the war reshaped Kraków’s streets, communities, and culture.


Exhibits include original photographs, personal belongings, documents, and reconstructions of wartime streets and interiors. The narrow, dimly lit rooms are deliberately designed to evoke the atmosphere of oppression and confinement that defined life under Nazi rule.


Move at your own pace, reflecting on the human stories behind the history — from everyday survival to acts of defiance and compassion. Your visit to Schindler’s Factory is a powerful, self-guided encounter with the memory of wartime Kraków.

        We kindly ask you to arrive 10 minutes before the tour begins. The ticket entitles you to enter only for a specific time (entry to the exhibition is via an automated system that will refuse entry to people who are late or arrive at a different time without the possibility of a refund.

        The exhibition uses narrow corridors and immersive design to recreate the atmosphere of wartime Kraków.

        The building once housed Schindler’s factory, but today it is a museum without original machinery.

        From January 1, 2026:

        - Times are approximate and may change due to Schindler`s Factory Museum scheduling. You can choose a preferred time, but the exact time is not guaranteed.

        - Due to the museum's personalized tickets, you must provide full names of all participants when reserving and bring a passport or ID for entry to Schindler` Factory Museum . Without these, entry may be denied.

        Please plan your visit responsibly and be prepared for time changes (do not purchase this visit on the day of arrival/departure and together with another half-day tour).

        Please bring your ID card or other identification document for identification by  Schindler` Factory Museum staff. The name and surname on your ticket must match the one on your document.

        Please note that you are booking an entrance ticket without a guide service.
