The exact time of pick-up (departure from Krakow) and the start of the tour varies in different months and is confirmed each time after purchase, closer to the departure date. The Salt Mine tour involves extensive walking and 800 steps, starting with a descent of 380 stairs down the Daniłowicz Shaft (64 m). The tour reaches 135 m underground. Return to the surface by lift.
The mine temperature is 14–16 °C — bring warmer clothing and comfortable shoes.
Bags must not exceed 35×20×20 cm.
Students must carry a valid photo ID to receive a youth discount.
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
