        Bring a valid ID — the name must match your ticket, or entry may be refused. Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour begins. Once the group has departed, latecomers cannot join and tickets are non-refundable.

        All group tours are conducted in one language, selected when booking.

        Students must carry valid student ID with photo and expiry date for youth discounts.

        In the Salt Mine, temperature is 14–16°C. Bring warmer clothing and note that the tour involves extensive walking and many stairs. Not recommended for guests with mobility, heart, or claustrophobia issues.

        What to bring

          * Please bring your ID card or other identification document for identification by museum staff. The name and surname on your ticket must match the one on your document. Without these, entry may be denied. 

          * A dress code is required to enter places of worship (Wawel Cathedral etc.). No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements.

          * In the Salt Mine, temperature is 14–16°C. Bring warmer clothing and note that the tour involves extensive walking and many stairs. Not recommended for guests with mobility, heart, or claustrophobia issues.

          * A part of the Auschwitz tour takes place outdoors - please wear comfortable shoes, protect yourself from the sun/rain, and bring water and snacks (there is no lunch break on this tour).
